H & H Glass Inc. (“H & H”) was established in 1989, introducing its own “proprietary” mold program for food and cosmetic packaging (its “All Solution Package”) to North American container distributors. This program achieved its greatest success in the gourmet food industry where it is widely used. In 2007, H&H completed a reverse merger with a public entity and is now a subsidiary of International Packaging and Logistics Group Inc., traded under the OTCBB symbol: “IPLO” (“the IPL Group”). H & H’s next moves will be the following: 1) to tighten its suppliers’ network relationship, 2) to continue offering its All Solution Package to the international market. The IPL Group will also adhere to the company’s strong belief and philosophy of serving the customers with all solutions available whenever required.

Logistics service is an important link to the global supply chain and management recognizes that its importance is increasing as the global trade arena intensifies, not only from the supply efficiency point of view, but also from the cost control aspect. IPL Group aims to expand its business focus in the logistic industry to meet that need. With successful merger with a logistics company in Taiwan, IPL Group will be able to better serve its customers by increasing their efficiency by bringing the link closer between manufacturer and distributor.

Energy solutions are the area that IPL Group will focus on in 2009. With the increasing cost of manufacturing, the suppliers that H&H deals with all suffered major cost increases due to their heavy reliance on oil. Accessing a clean and inexpensive energy application will be a key factor for these manufacturers to bring down their production cost. Providing that solution is the next main focal point of IPL Group.
